Each of our 3 partners, Cecil Nazareth, Clem Nazareth, and Chris Nazareth are both Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and Chartered Accountants (India). They are among the few to earn both domestic and international accounting designations. Decades ago, the brothers began their accounting careers abroad and have prospered for decades in the USA. IFRS Partners has over 100 years of combined experience in serving international companies, and their accounting firms.

IFRS Partners works with CPA firms and international clients. Working either with the general CPA firm and/or directly with the client, IFRS Partners offers three programs:

1. Training courses on International Finance Reporting Standards (IFRS),
2. IFRS consulting, and
3. GAAP ↔ IFRS conversion.

  

Our partners have experience leading and training specific programs for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA is the USA's largest professional association of CPAs). We have delivered IFRS training to the Bombay Stock Exchange (India). We have also provided seminars (live and web-based) for Indian Chartered Accountants Institute (ICAI) for Chartered Accountants in the United States.
